I'm Ralph, a self-taught knife-maker from Penzance, West Cornwall. I've been making high end kitchen knives, inspired and informed by Japanese styles since 2020. What started as a hobby, gradually grew into a passion that turned into a business. My ethos is to use sustainably sourced or recycled materials for my handles wherever possible, and the best available steels.

Being from a family of makers and artists, ending up making knives was a clear path to take, as it blends the art of design and craft assembly. Based in South East London, I make every aspect of each knife.
